This may be true on a broader perspective. But I still feel that all humans are different individually. It is not true that all men are authoritative and women are submissive. Instead the description of a man you gave fits in what I do most of the time ( being a woman) I appreciate healthy conversation but I like to see people agreeing to what I say. Hi!
