Dooms Day - The Day Republicans Win
The other day as I watching the “Maverick” John McCain’s speech I was amazed. Although most people thought that the speech was great and covered everything, I personally think there was nothing that he promised that sounded like it would help us in anyways. Do I love my conuntry, yes I do but I love myself and my kids as well. I am sorry to say this but my family comes before my nation, atleast to me. McCain’s speech seemed more like an answer to Democrats rather than their strategy. Well, we all know there is no new strategy its just the same old strategy that will be carried under a different person. The fact that McCain voted 90% on all Bush’s decision proves this fact. He is nothing but George Bush in a 72 year old body with a different face.
The concern that we have currently in our nation isn’t about which party should break the monotony of having all men in the Whitehouse. It isn’t about being a party who made a woman Vice President and definitely isn’t about who brought the hot 40 plus year old lady into white house. It is about us, me and every middle class American that lives in this country. I don’t care who leads the country as long as it is led by good men and women who do what they promise. And looking at McCain’s shady smiles and shivering 72 year old body I doubt that is going to happen with Republicans. Would I think differently of Republicans if it was someone else other than McCain, probably. I am not against the party I am against the views and ideas they have put forward.
Sarah Palin. On what grounds is she a good candidate for Vice President? Ohh yeah it might help strengthen foreign relations since she is “hot.” Tell you the truth, this campaign is turning into a joke and the sad thing is its not funny a bit. It has become a hoard to win pat on the back for bringing a different sex into this game and what not. Just a freaking joke. McCain is a joke and Palin is even worse. The only thing I like about her at this point is I don’t mind watching her on TV cause I agree that she is beautiful, especially for her age. I am not sure why people are talking about Obama’s lack of experience when Sarah Palin is nothing close to Obama or Biden for that. I just can’t wait to see the presidential and vice presidential debate and see the Republicans being eaten alive.
John Mccain, you are a true hero. You have served the country, you have taken the bruises for us. You have fought for us and you might have been called a “Maverick.” But at this moment, thats all you are fit to be, a “hero” not a President. I remember you stepping off in 2000, would it be possible to make that wise decision again this year?
I bet not. They say as you grow older the decision making part of your brain gets kind of rotted. That is a clear sign that if Republicans win this election, we are all doomed. DOOMED!

“it just doesn’t seem like I will be able to get”
Sounds like you should be a Democrat (if you aren’t already one) since you just want to hold your hand out and be given things rather than working for them yourself. Government is not here to provide for you.

With all that has been written about Palin’s pregnant daughter, her husband’s 7 year membership in the Alaska Independence Party, which wants Alaska to leave the union and become an independent nation, has been ignored by comparison. Several AIP officials have made it clear that Palin was sympathetic to their cause, even though unlike her husband, she never registered as a member. On the other hand, the AIP encourages its sympathizers to work for the anti-American goals of the AIP by registering with one of the major parties and working through them. The founder of the AIP summed up the platform of the group as follows: “I hate the United States.” Check out on YouTube the video of Palin as governor wishing the AIP well at their convention.

i definitely agree with everything that you have said! McCain & Palin are going to look foolish trying to debate Obama & Biden. Hopefully the American people will realize who is more qualified and won’t fall for the same old scams that the Republican party always use.

For someone who claims he’s not a Democrat you spout the same rhetoric that Obama and other liberals say today, namely, that McCain is just another George W. Bush, and you say confidently that McCain in the White House will spell DOOM for America, yet you conveniently overlook the massive increases in government spending that Obama says he’ll push through Congress if he’s elected. Before you issue the rote response “He’ll raise taxes only on the wealthy!” I quote Fred Thompson from the RNC: “Obama says he’s only going to tax corporations, so as long as you don’t buy anything from corporations, like food, gas or clothing, and as long as you don’t receive your paycheck from a corporation, don’t worry– you won’t be affected.”
Ronald Reagan had it right 28 years ago: “Government isn’t the answer to our problems: government IS the problem.” If you want to talk about doom, elect an admitted socialist and see how utopic your life is when government takes half of the money you make, then makes you wait in line for your “free” universal health care, and imposes layer after layer of red tape on every aspect of your lives.
